“ It had been a long time since we last visited Marlow's for a meal, but every experience I've had there has been fantastic. The food is always excellent--fresh, unique, and innovative--and this visit was no exception. We stopped in for brunch and started with their berries served with a banana crème brûlée and yogurt. It looked so good that we dug in before I even thought to take a photo! We also ordered the thick-cut maple-flavored bacon, which was outstanding, and the chorizo eggs, which came with toast. To drink, we tried their take on a virgin Bloody Mary, along with a latte and coffee--everything was absolutely delicious. Beyond the food, I love the restaurant's theme. The service was good. The western-inspired black-and-white aesthetic gives it a modern yet cozy vibe. It's a charming little spot tucked just around the corner. Parking is available on the street, with metered spots or free parking on Sundays--just be mindful of parking restrictions. One little detail that gave me a laugh? The toilet paper in the restroom was wrapped in cow-print paper, which was a fun touch. Overall, Marlow's is a fantastic place, and if you have the chance to stop by, it's definitely worth a visit! ”
“ We came Valentines Day and had a lovely experience enjoying their Prix fixe menu. The 3 course meal was $100 per person including a glass of Prosecco, which I thought was actually reasonable relative to other restaurants for the night. The service was attentive despite a full restaurant. All of the food was very good. The highlights were the prosciutto / Burrata / peas appetizer (super fresh and refreshing) and octopus entree (nice char and tandoori savoriness). ”
“ My friend and I stopped in here for a late lunch today after our original plans fell through, and it was a lovely experience! I swear, sometimes I notice some random things, and both my friend and I loved the very clean looking decor with the white tile and gorgeous bar, and marveled at how clean the place looked given the white tile! The place looked absolutely spotless. Anyways, on to the food! We had both had a frustrating start to our day and plans so we immediately ordered drinks. I swear, we made our way down the list and each drink sounded better than the last, and I finally settled on the Desert Rose, which was delicious and had a perfect level of spice. As for food: *Deviled eggs - the perfect bite to start brunch! *Prosciutto & Burrata salad - delicious and so pretty! *BBQ pork cheek sandwich - the sandwich was delicious, but the fries stole the show! Also, really appreciate that they cut it in half and brought them out for an easy sharing experience! *French toast soldiers - we wanted to finish with something sweet, and the waiter recommended this. We were both a bit dubious, but this was delicious, and the coffee sauce was perfection! Overall, what a lovely experience. Really good food, nice service and the restaurant just looks so sleek! ”
“ Went in the middle of a workday and thankful got seated! The restaurant soon filled up, lucky to be seated, albeit small tables for couples. Amazing service! Food was also very tasty. Only con is the small selection of food to choose from. ”
“ One of my top 3 favorite burgers in San Francisco. I love how all the flavors of the burger and juiciness of the burger go together. The deviled eggs are delicious. A bit pricey, but worth it. Drinks are great and the bar staff is always nice. I've been here about 5 separate times. The inside of the restaurant is clean and has a nice ambiance to it. Somewhat classy and fun. They have a lunch menu and begin their dinner menu at 5. I always come for their burger though! ”
“ Marlowe has been on my list for a long time and we casually walked by after spending some time at thriller social club around the corner. We were a group of 6 on Saturday night and we got seated right away since they weren't too busy! But had heard really good things about the burger here so had to check it out. Best thing is that you can order the burger for the table cut in 4ths so every one can try it, so we got two of those. The burger lived up to its hype! We also got the fries, half dozen oysters, brussel sprouts, crudo, bone marrow and ahi tuna. Everything was good! For drinks we all got espresso martinis and a few other cocktails, all really good. I want to come back during weekday lunch service to try the fried chicken sandwich that ive also heard good things about! ”
“ I tried this restaurant on a Wednesday night. We made an early dinner reservation and got in before it became full. The restaurant itself is small and cozy but has a nice ambiance. The service was outstanding, the moment we were done with a plate someone took it away from us. We tried the deviled eggs, fried green tomatoes, little gem salad, burger, and banana bread budding. To drink, I had the Juicer and it was incredible. I'd love to have that drink everywhere I go. One of my favorite food items was the fried green tomatoes, they had such a nice flavor. The dipping sauce had the perfect amount of heat to it. The banana bread pudding was outstanding and would come back solely for that. ”
“ Food: Amazing eats. The menu changes so there's always something new to try. Only downside was the bartender for some reason poured my Diet Coke (from a can) so hard that it came to me almost flat. Service: Great service. Attentive but not hovering. They cleared plates as we finished them. Ambiance: Crisp but with some pizzaz. Not a shorts and flip flops kind of place. Dog: Hard no. Even if you could bring your dog, the tables are tight and your dog would be uncomfortable. ”
